Eligibility
Players must use one league account and one approved game identity. Each circuit must publish its age and regional requirements before registration opens. Players may only enter circuits whose published requirements they meet.
An account attestation records the two eligibility confirmations but does not itself grant eligibility. Profile, identity, sanction and circuit-specific checks still apply.
Account sharing, duplicate identities and evasion of an active sanction are prohibited.
Roster and ready check
The match-room roster is authoritative. Substitutions require a permitted roster change before the lobby credential is released.
Players who miss the published ready-check deadline may be replaced or assessed a forfeit under the circuit rulebook.
Lobby conduct
Lobby credentials are confidential and participant-bound. Captains must use the assigned region and settings shown in the match room.
Unauthorized players, intentional disruption and sharing credentials outside the roster must be reported immediately.
Result evidence
Captains submit the final score and requested evidence after play. Matching submissions settle automatically; conflicts move the match to review.
Evidence must be authentic, readable and collected without prohibited software or access.
Disconnects and forfeits
Do not improvise a restart without recording the incident. Follow the match-room pause instructions and contact operations when the published procedure cannot resolve the issue.
Disputes and sanctions
Disputes must identify the challenged fact and attach relevant evidence. Moderators may request more information, correct results with compensating ledger entries and apply proportionate sanctions.
Appeal windows and sanction ranges will be versioned with the circuit rulebook.
